Returns and Refunds

 

Although we accept returns for products purchased from BDSM(chastitycage.cc), due to the special nature of the products, this policy is very limited. Other products can be resold if returned in good condition, but chastity cages that have been used cannot be resold.

To accept your return request, we require proof that the product has not been worn. We recommend that you record a video when unboxing the product and send it to us to prove that the device has not been worn before returning.

Unused items must be returned in their original condition as received, using the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Sometimes, individual parts of the cage may be damaged during shipping, and we can mail you replacement parts without requiring you to return the entire cage.

BDSM’s return policy for unused or unopened products is valid for 15 days.

To process your return, we need you to provide proof of purchase.

Please do not refuse delivery or return the item to the shipping center.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on your region.

If you are shipping items valued at more than 75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Products (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us at root@chastitycage.cc.

Please describe the problem in detail and attach any evidence (such as photos or videos). We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the funds back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us will not be refunded.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refund Delays or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to post to your account.

Sale Items (if any)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only provide exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at root@chastitycage.cc, and we will inform you of the next steps.

Order Cancellation

If the package has not yet been shipped, customers may request to cancel the order. Customers should first check the order status, then send a cancellation request via email to root@chastitycage.cc.

After submitting the cancellation request by email, customers must wait for our reply to confirm that the order has been cancelled.
